Forming system of this pulp molding machine
Consist of 6 pcs of forming platens and 6pc of transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 48pcs of forming molds and 4pcs of transferring molds in total. Forming efficiency :29-30 cycles/min; equipped with vacuum auto drain system,auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.
Drying system of the double rotary pulp molding machine
Outline dimension:2400;10 layer conveying chain; burners with French or Italian brand. The energy for option:LPG, GAS, diesel oil. Equipped with auto control cabinet.
Stacking system of the pulp molding machine
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.Height Limit Presser It will press and make the product more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective .
