Our heat recovery equipment falls into two types: air-air heat exchange type and air-water heat exchange type. And developed on the basis of different environment requirements and process technology, our heat recovery machines are designed with multi-stage heat recovery system to make the most of energy.
Our air-air heat recovery equipment is capable of heating air via the exhaust heat of air discharged by the hood. In that case, exhaust heat energy can be recovered. Tubular structure is utilized for the heat recovery system so as to facilitate its cleaning. In this way, the service life of this system is prolonged. The connection between tubes and plates can be expanded tube as well as special rubber-alloy joints.
And our air-water heat recovery equipment can make use of the heat of exhaust air to heat process water and heating water. Both direct & indirect heat exchange modes are available.
